1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Use of the Services
Kielo provides access to open-source AI models through a decentralized network of compute providers. You agree to use the Services in compliance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Fees & Payments
Developer usage of the API is billed based on consumption or an applicable plan. Compute providers may earn payouts for jobs completed on the network. All fees, rates, and payouts are described at the point of purchase or enrollment and may change with notice.
4. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
Kielo and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, excluding content you submit. You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the Services.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Model outputs may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before reliance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kielo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is indicated by the "Last updated" date above.
