Provider Agreement

Last updated: July 17, 2026

This Provider Agreement governs your participation as a compute provider on the Kielo network. By running the Kielo desktop node and sharing capacity, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Providing Compute

As a provider, you make idle CPU/GPU capacity available to run sandboxed inference jobs. You control when your node is active and may pause or stop sharing at any time.

2. Earnings & Payouts

You may earn payouts for completed jobs based on the rates and metrics shown in the desktop application. Payout methods, thresholds, and frequency are configurable in your node settings and may be updated with notice.

3. Provider Responsibilities

  • Ensure you have the right to share the hardware and network connection you use.
  • Maintain reasonable security and keep the desktop node up to date.
  • Do not tamper with jobs, results, or telemetry.

4. Job Sandboxing

Jobs run in a sandboxed environment designed to isolate workloads from your local data. You are responsible for the environment in which you run the node.

5. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on earnings received through the network.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or remove a provider that violates this Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, or that degrades network reliability. You may leave the network at any time.
