Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are prohibited when using Kielo’s Services. It applies to developers using the API and providers running compute on the network.
1. Prohibited Content & Activities
- Generating content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
- Creating malware, phishing, spam, or other abusive or deceptive content.
- Attempting to generate child sexual abuse material or content that exploits minors.
- Harassment, hate speech, or content that incites violence.
2. Platform Integrity
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the network, rate limits, or security controls.
- Do not reverse engineer or interfere with jobs assigned to compute providers.
- Do not misrepresent hardware, availability, or job results as a provider.
3. Data & Privacy
- Do not submit personal data you are not authorized to process.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to other users or providers.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including removing content, throttling, suspending, or terminating accounts. Serious violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
