  • Usage data: API requests, model selections, token counts, and billing-related metrics required to operate and meter the Services.
  • Provider data: hardware capabilities, availability, and job telemetry when you run the Kielo desktop node.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser or app version, and diagnostic logs used for security and reliability.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • To route inference requests, meter usage, and process payments or payouts.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as needed to operate the Services: with compute providers to fulfill inference jobs (limited to what is required to run the job), with service providers acting on our behalf, and where required by law.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. Jobs executed on the network are sandboxed, and local provider data stays local wherever possible. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
